Mia Reef Isla Mujeres Cancun All Inclusive Resort, Isla Mujeres

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were okay, but not amazing. They had a safe, large closet, wet bar area, table and chairs, 2 dressers, and a patio with 2 chairs and 2 lounge chairs, although they were tiny and not what was advertised. The service was truly wonderful, with staff being very friendly and accommodating. The location was beautiful, offering a little piece of heaven with its beach and crystal water. However, the value for the location was not fully there. The dining experience had many options, but the food wasn't always to my liking. The facilities were decent overall.

The hotel has an amazing location right by the ocean, offering beautiful sand beaches and great views. The rooms have a balcony with stunning sunrises, although they had an old moldy smell and lacked cleanliness. The service staff, from bartenders to housekeeping, went above and beyond. The dining options were varied but with a very limited selection. Overall, the hotel is a gem for its location and service but falls short in room cleanliness and dining choices.

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms offered a phenomenal view, were spotless, and well-supplied with beverages and snacks. Having a balcony was a nice touch, and even though the room was basic, it suited us perfectly as we didn't spend much time in it.
